Folio London – the private rental arm of Notting Hill Housing – is part of the £47m regeneration scheme in Stratford. Their New Garden Quarter is a modern development of apartments arranged around a beautifully landscaped garden square and featuring two unique concepts: contemporary and outside in. Our challenge was to interpret and create the new concepts, to adapt them for multiple units of different sizes and layouts, and to deliver on a phased basis to a set budget.
Folio was won over by the exciting creative approach and innovative styling which brought their ‘contemporary urban living at its best’ pledge to life. They needed a true turnkey experience, with every detail an essential part of the sale package.
Starting with two essential view units, which were dressed fully including wall coverings, we went on to complete 95 units. The team managed the budget and timings to exceed the client’s expectations, and any issues were quickly identified and resolved thanks to our thorough quality assured turnkey approach.
