Inko works hand-in-glove with property owners in the private rented sector (PRS), helping them to secure tenants across their portfolio of properties. In Hampstead Manor, the challenge was to achieve premium rentals on two apartments within a newly converted Grade II listed heritage building, within a short timeframe.
The heritage of the building was the inspiration for the piece. While return on investment is key in the private rental sector, it is also essential that the interior captures the imagination of the tenant and distinguishes it from other properties on the market. In Hampstead Inko used a combination of cabinetry and bespoke furniture to create a truly unique mid-century premium feel.
Professional landlords need a true turnkey solution, and where premium tenants are involved every detail has to be perfect. The Inko creative team managed the fit out, all of which was delivered by Hatch. From electrical work through the sourcing of aspirational furniture to decoration and window dressing, every element of the project delivered on the owners’ dream for the properties to have a bold look that is warm, inviting and memorable!.
Speed of letting is key, demanding the completion of the install to schedule and the creation of a high impact interior that creates genuine demand. As regular clients of Inko, the owners of the Hampstead Manor units expect their new apartments to be snapped up by wealthy tenants, just as previous properties have been.
