We were briefed to dress a one bedroom Show Apartment to reflect the target audience at Boulevard, Royal Warwick Square in Kensington and Chelsea. The scheme should also aim to show space to work from home and have a charming and elegant feel, showing buyers how to unlock the most potential out of their home on a first-time buyer budget.
We designed our scheme to reflect on the luxurious surrounding areas of Kensington and Chelsea. Inspiration was drawn from local tourist spots such as Kensington Palace, Holland Park and The Memorial Fountain to name a few. The apartment has an exquisite and luxurious feel whilst appealing to a first-time buyer market.
We wanted to inject the elegance and sophistication into the apartment by creating a bold entrance hallway, and leading into a tranquil living and bedroom space. We introduced bespoke panelling, white marble and gold accents all of which have been drawn from Leighton House Museum for inspiration. Luxurious wallpapers reflect the natural surroundings, and the addition of greenery really helps to create relaxing atmosphere. We incorporated a clever but functional area to work from home within the living space.
